These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the sale of services offered by Job Verdict (hereinafter the "Seller") to its individual or professional clients (hereinafter the "Client") through its website or any other digital interface. They form the basis of the contractual relationship and are binding on the Client upon placing an order. By confirming the order, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale by Job Verdict of services consisting primarily of: evaluations, analyses, and recommendations relating to the job market or user applications, provided in digital form via the website or application (hereinafter the "Service"). The essential characteristics of these services are described on the Service's presentation pages. The Seller reserves the right to offer additional services from time to time, the specifics of which will be detailed online.
3. Description of Services Offered
Prior to any order, the Client is informed of the essential characteristics of the Service (nature of analyses, expected results, duration of access). The Service consists of intangible digital content made available to the Client via a personal account. The execution of the Service may require the Client to provide certain information (CV, job offers, etc.), under their sole responsibility. Job Verdict undertakes to perform its services with care but on a best-efforts basis: the platform does not guarantee obtaining an interview, employment, or any specific result.
4. Pricing
Service prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and are those in effect at the time of the order. The Client is informed of any additional fees (e.g., transaction fees) before confirming the order. Job Verdict reserves the right to modify its prices at any time for future orders; services will be billed at the rates in effect on the day of the order.
5. Ordering
Orders are placed online. To confirm an order, the Client must:
- Create or use a client account;
- Select the desired Service;
- Verify the order details and correct any errors;
- Read and accept these Terms of Sale by checking the designated box;
- Confirm the order and complete payment.
The order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizing the order details and a link to these Terms is sent to the Client.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Job Verdict accepts the payment methods indicated on the website (credit cards, online payment services, etc.). Payment is secured through protocols compliant with industry standards (SSL encryption and strong authentication). The charge is processed upon order confirmation. No discount is granted for early payment.
In the case of installment payments (if offered), the conditions are specified at the time of ordering. In the event of late or failed payment, Job Verdict reserves the right to suspend access to the Service until full payment of the amounts due.
7. Service Execution
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering, access to the Service is granted to the Client immediately after payment confirmation. Execution begins at that point. Services are provided through the Client's account, which requires adequate equipment and internet connection. Job Verdict shall not be held liable for inability to access the Service due to inadequate equipment or connection.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 General Principle
For orders concluded remotely, the consumer Client has a 14 calendar day period to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay penalties. This period runs from the day following the conclusion of the contract. The Client wishing to withdraw must notify their decision before the deadline expires, using the standard form provided with the order confirmation or by any unambiguous statement addressed to Job Verdict by email or post. Job Verdict will reimburse all payments received no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal notification.
8.2 Waiver for Intangible Digital Content
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible digital content whose execution has begun with the prior consent of the consumer and for which the consumer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal. Job Verdict's Services, provided immediately after payment, fall within this category. By confirming the order and checking the corresponding box, the Client acknowledges that they wish execution to begin immediately and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. Consequently, no refund will be issued once access to the Service has been activated and execution of the digital content has begun.
9. Warranties
9.1 Statutory Warranties
Where the Service includes the provision of physical goods (educational materials, printed works, etc.), these benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided for under Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of a defect, the Client may request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law. For intangible services, Job Verdict undertakes to provide a service conforming to the description and to implement all necessary means for the proper performance of its services.
9.2 Limitation of Warranty
Job Verdict does not guarantee that the Service will achieve any particular result (obtaining a job, success in an interview, etc.), as the Client uses the recommendations at their own risk. No additional commercial warranty is granted beyond the statutory warranties, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
10. After-Sales Service and Complaints
For any questions, information, or complaints, the Client may contact customer service:
Email: contact@jobverdict.com
The after-sales service will respond within a reasonable time and no later than forty-eight business hours. In the event of a persistent dispute, the Client is invited to use the mediation procedure below.
11. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client may have free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute with Job Verdict. The list of approved mediators is available on the DGCCRF website. Mediation is a mandatory prerequisite before any legal action unless there is a legitimate reason to waive it.
12. Liability
Job Verdict is responsible for the proper performance of obligations under these Terms of Sale. However, its liability shall not be engaged in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract attributable to the Client, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to a case of force majeure. Job Verdict is only liable for direct and foreseeable damages; indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits are excluded.

This data is necessary for order management, Service delivery, and client relationship management. It is retained for the duration necessary for these purposes and may be shared with service providers involved in contract execution. The Client has rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion, and portability that may be exercised at any time by contacting customer service. For more information, the Client is invited to consult the privacy policy available on the website.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and after failure of any attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. For professional clients, any dispute relating to sales made by Job Verdict and the interpretation of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Seller's registered office.
16. Amendments to Terms of Sale
Job Verdict reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The new version will be published online and will bear the update date. Orders are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of their confirmation. It is the Client's responsibility to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any changes.
