These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Job Verdict platform (hereinafter "the Service"), available at job-verdict.com.

The Service is an AI-powered platform that analyzes compatibility between CVs and job offers.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the User.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

4. Service Description

Job Verdict provides an automated analysis service that enables users to:

  • Evaluate the compatibility between a CV and a job offer
  • Identify missing or matching skills
  • Provide a matching score and recommendations
  • Detect potential red flags in job offers

5. Account Creation and Registration

Access to certain features of the Service requires creating a user account.

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • Immediately notify Job Verdict of any unauthorized use of their account

6. Use of the Service

6.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier limited to 1 analysis per day per user.

6.2 Paid Plans

Subscription plans may be offered with additional features (e.g., unlimited full analyses, advanced features). Pricing and current plans are available on the dedicated page.

6.3 User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to circumvent the limitations of the Service
  • Not use the Service for fraudulent or malicious purposes
  • Not extract, copy, or reproduce content from the Service without authorization
  • Respect Job Verdict's intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, etc.) are the exclusive property of Job Verdict or its partners.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Data and Privacy

Personal data collected and processed by Job Verdict is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CVs and job offers analyzed are treated confidentially and are not shared with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Job Verdict provides an automated analysis service based on artificial intelligence. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

Job Verdict shall not be held liable for:

  • Decisions made by the User based on the analyses provided
  • The accuracy or completeness of analyses produced by the AI
  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons
  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service

10. Termination

The User may close their account at any time through account settings.

Job Verdict reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a violation of these Terms.

11. Amendments to the Terms

Job Verdict reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notification on the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
